Tyler Perry is still doing his thing. His mansion recently sold for $17.5 million! Can you even imagine??...
Writer slash actor slash director Tyler Perry is about to add another title to his stellar resume: Real estate mogul.
According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Perry's French Provincial mansion has sold for $17.5 million, breaking the record for the most expensive residential sale in Atlanta history. The site reports the previous highest sale in the city was a Buckhead estate that sold for $10.5 million in 2009.
The home, which hit the market last June, is nothing short of spectacular. Boasting a spa, home theater, infinity pool, and lighted tennis court, it's hard to see why Perry would want to move out.
No word on where Perry's heading next, but if this place is any indication, we predict equally fabulous real estate ahead.
